Your Role

As our new Solu­tion Own­er, you will:

  • Act as the go-to per­son for mar­ket­ing tech­nol­o­gy solu­tions, ensur­ing our client’s sys­tems evolve with busi­ness needs and mar­ket trends.
  • Own and man­age mar­ket­ing plat­forms (e.g., CRM sys­tems, mar­ket­ing automa­tion plat­forms), ensur­ing the tech­nol­o­gy aligns with the broad­er MarTech ecosystem.
  • Cap­ture and trans­late mar­ket­ing busi­ness needs into clear, action­able plans that can be imple­ment­ed by tech­ni­cal teams, or in some cas­es by yourself.
  • Devel­op and steer a roadmap to improve mar­ket­ing cam­paign man­age­ment and cus­tomer inter­ac­tion systems.
  • Col­lab­o­rate close­ly with mar­ket­ing teams and engi­neers to ensure solu­tions are effi­cient­ly imple­ment­ed, from design to final validation.
  • Keep an eye on the platform’s per­for­mance and pro­vide reg­u­lar updates to stake­hold­ers, ensur­ing every­thing runs smoothly.
  • Stay up to date with the lat­est mar­ket­ing tech­nol­o­gy trends, bring­ing fresh ideas and oppor­tu­ni­ties to the table.

Your Profile

To suc­ceed as an Solu­tion Own­er, you should have:

  • Sol­id under­stand­ing of mar­ket­ing automa­tion tools, CRM sys­tems, and their inte­gra­tions with­in a larg­er MarTech ecosys­tem (expe­ri­ence with tools like Sales­force, Hub­Spot, or sim­i­lar plat­forms is a plus).
  • Expe­ri­ence in man­ag­ing mar­ket­ing tech­nol­o­gy projects (around 2 years or more is ide­al, but we’re open to var­i­ous backgrounds).
  • Great com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills—you can trans­late com­plex ideas into clear and under­stand­able con­cepts for dif­fer­ent teams.
  • A nat­ur­al team play­er who enjoys work­ing with peo­ple across dif­fer­ent func­tions, from mar­ket­ing to tech­ni­cal teams.
  • Abil­i­ty to think prag­mat­i­cal­ly and solve prob­lems effi­cient­ly, with a focus on mak­ing solu­tions customer-centric.
  • Lan­guage skills: Flu­ent in Eng­lish, and either French or Dutch.
