Your Role

Are you a rela­tion­ship builder with a win­ning men­tal­i­ty? Do you get excit­ed about plac­ing the right experts in the right posi­tions? Can you bridge the gap between client needs and can­di­date expec­ta­tions? If so, you might be the per­son we’re look­ing for!

As our new Account Man­ag­er, you will:

  • Proac­tive­ly build new rela­tion­ships and expand your network.
  • Under­stand client needs and know how to align our ser­vices to pro­vide the per­fect solution.
  • Iden­ti­fy oppor­tu­ni­ties with both new and exist­ing clients and focus on the leads that matter.
  • Have a pas­sion for recruit­ment and the abil­i­ty to screen can­di­dates effectively.
  • Gain ener­gy from match­ing the right experts with the right opportunities.
  • Work in a struc­tured, orga­nized way, with a friend­ly and open personality.
  • Main­tain long-term client rela­tion­ships by ensur­ing client sat­is­fac­tion and antic­i­pat­ing poten­tial needs.
  • Work inde­pen­dent­ly while enjoy­ing being part of a team.

Your Profile

To suc­ceed as an Account Man­ag­er, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a rel­e­vant field.
  • At least 5 years of expe­ri­ence in com­mer­cial activ­i­ties such as account man­age­ment or busi­ness development.
  • Expe­ri­ence in recruit­ment and/​or headhunting.
  • Strong lead­er­ship skills, with the abil­i­ty to close deals and an under­stand­ing of both finan­cial and human aspects of the business.
  • An inde­pen­dent mind­set, ready to take action and help shape the sales strategy.
  • Expe­ri­ence or affin­i­ty with IT solutions.
  • Flu­en­cy in Dutch and Eng­lish is required; French is a plus.
